Gorkha body forms Kamrup(M) committee

GUWAHATI, Dec 24: The Akhil Assam Gorkha Sammelan (AAGS) constituted its 21-member Kamrup Mahagar District Committee in a general meeting held at Pahard Singh Gurung auditorium on the premises of Nepali Mandir,Guwahati on Sunday. The meeting was attended by people from various areas of Kamrup metro as far as Sopur, Khetri, Badbilla etc. The new committee has Kul Bahadur Chetri of Sopur as the working president and Baburam Poudel as the general secretary. The meeting was chaired by its permanent president rayan Sharma.
