GUWAHATI, Sept 14: A five-member delegation of Akhil Assam Gorkha Sammelan led by its working president Uday Chetri called on State Irrigation, Handloom and Textile Minister Ranjit Dutta on Thursday and lauded him for choosing Behali in Bishwath district as an educatiol hub.  The Sammelan also lauded State Fince Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma for his announcement that an engineering college would be set up in the me of Freedom Fighter Chhabilal Upadhay. “It’s a historic decision for the people of our community. Not a single institution has been med in the me of our people since independence,” Chetri said, and added: “This government has the real spirit of ‘Sab ka saath Sab ka Bikash’.
