Handbook on women secuirty to hit the shelf

GUWAHATI, August 16: A handbook on women emancipation and security is going to hit the shelf  on October 9, 2016. The cover of the handbook — Biranga — to be published by the Newspapers’ Association of India’s Assam State Samiti was released by NF Railway’s additol chief security commission Birendra Kumar and NF Raiwlay’s public relation officer Nripendra Bhattacharya on August 15, a press release said.
