How to get power connection

For power connection an applicant has to apply to the ASEB subdivisiol office (to be addressed to the subdivisiol engineer) of his/her area to get an application form. The applicant has to fill in the form and submit it to the subdivisiol office.

The applicant has to submit six documents - a test report to be issued by a wireman having ASEB license, a residential certificate from the gaonburha, an affidavit by the applicant, PAN Card/voter ID, land record, measure of land area and how far it is from the nearest electric post which is to be issued by the linemen of the area.

The applicant has to deposit load security based on the test report and pay Rs 1,380 as meter rental.

When the application is approved, the ASEB SDO will order the linemen concerned to give the power connection.
