HS rank holder cracks JEE Mains

GUWAHATI, May 30: Dip Nilim Das of Sai Vikash Junior College, Guwahati has already cracked JEE Mains 2017. He begged the 10th position in the merit list in the HS Science examition, 2017. It can be surmised that he has his eyes set on engineering. Dip scored 472 out 500 – 94 in English, 87 in Altertive English, 99 in Mathematics, 97 in Physics and 95 in Chemistry. He is the son of Dipti Das and Radhika Mohan Das of Bamungaon Part I, Abhoyapuri. He had secured 94 per cent marks in HSLC. For Ripunjoy Kalita, also of Sai Vikash Junior College, it is a fail at the last hurdle. An HSLC rank holder in 2015, Ripunjoy has missed a berth in the merit list just for one mark.
