GUWAHATI, Dec 4: After receiving a notice from Assam Human Rights Commission (AHRC) regarding the death of convict prisoner Joyshree Yadav, son of Ramdev Yadav of Uttar Pradesh, in LGB Chest Hospital, Guwahati an inquiry has been ordered to ascertain the reasons behind the death. Kamrup(M) sub-divisiol magistrate Chinmoy Prakash Phookan has been entrusted to conduct an inquiry to find out the reasons relating to the death and submit his report within 15 days.
