Introductory yoga course from April 1

GUWAHATI, March 29: The Vivekanda Kendra Institute of Culture is going to organize a 10-day introductory yoga course from April 1 to 10 on its premises at  Uzan Bazar in the city. The organizers said in a statement today: “We are going to organize the introductory yoga course for women of the city to aware them about the usefulness of yoga in their lives. We are going to start the course from April 1 to 10, which will be held from 5 pm to 6.30 pm every evening. There is no age bar for the programme.”
