IWT cleanliness drive at Kasomarighat

GUWAHATI, Jan 1: ‘tun Bosorot Amar Pon Poriskar Ghat Poriskar Mon’, a cleanliness drive, was carried out by Inland Water Transport Department (IWT) officials at Kasomarighat at Fancy Bazar in the city today. IWT Director Bharat Bhushan Devchoudhury led the drive. Devchoudhury said: “All officials in the department should keep various parghats clean. They should also make people, who are users of such ghats, aware of cleanliness.”
