Jobs with fake SC certificates opposed

GUWAHATI, June 7: The Anusuchit Jati Yuba-Chatra Parishad, Asom (AJYCPA) has alleged that a section of general category people have been in government and non-government jobs with fake SC certificates. They demanded of the State administration to take action against the mece. “If the government does not act within the first week of July, we’ll resort to an agitation in the State,” they warned. Addressing the press in the city today, AJYCPA president Rubul Das said: “Gauhati University has appointed a general candidate as a lecturer in a post reserved for SC candidates. We condemn the incident and want the university authority to cancel the appointment.”
