Kid dies mysteriously

GUWAHATI, June 9: An eight-year-old girl, Mashi Kakati, drowned mysteriously at Guwahati Town Club swimming pool while practicing. When the girl became unconscious, she was taken to the MMCH where she was declared brought dead. Kid’s father Pradip Kakati works in Excise Department at Hojai. The family members of the girl alleged that negligence on the part of the trainer led to the death of the girl.
