Man electrocuted

GUWAHATI, April 2: A labourer was electrocuted while trying to recharge his mobile handset at Kotahbari under Gorchuk police station in the city today. When Somesh Ali (22) of Panikhaiti under Boko police station tried to recharge his mobile handset, he fell all of a sudden due to electrocution. His colleague tried to take him to the hospital, but to no avail. He breathed his last soon after. Gorchuk police sent the body to the GMCH for post-mortem. The body has been handed over to his family members later.
