Maniram Dewan recalled

GUWAHATI, April 28: The Maniram Dewan Memorial Trust, in association with a group of entrepreneurs and members of the Assam Productivity Council, observed the 209th birth anniversary of the pioneer and front runner multifaceted entrepreneur of Assam in 19th century, Maniram Dewan, at a hotel in the city recently. The function was presided over by the president of the Trust, DN Chakravarty, and Gauhati University VC Mridul Hazarika was the chief guest.
