Mas Spring Festival

GUWAHATI, April 6: Mas Spring Festival is being organized by the Swankar Mithinga Onsai Afat, in association with Indian Weavers’ Alliance, on April 7-8, 2018. With the aim of promoting local cuisines and culture by the fringe villagers near Mas tiol Park, the festival will provide a plethora of experience in food, ture, culture and overall rural life in Assam. With the main host of the event being the villagers themselves, one can be assured of getting nothing but best experiences. The highlights of the two-day event are celebrity cooking and interactive sessions with intertiolly acclaimed chef Gautam Mehrishi and food and travel expert Kalyan Karmakar, a tour of the village, wildlife safari and tea plantation tour, amongst others. The festival will be hosted at the villages situated in the fringes of Mas tiol Park, which is situated in Baksa and Chirang districts.
