Meet for panchayat poll seat reservation held

GUWAHATI, Nov 27: First district-level committee meeting on panchayat election for reservation of seats for SC, ST and women was held at the conference hall of Kamrup (M) Deputy Commissioner with representatives of all political parties in Guwzahati on Monday with ADC Prati Mazumdar in the chair. Kamrup Zila Parisad CEO Ramen Malakar and the Deputy Director Economic & Statistics were present at the meeting, a press release said.
