GUWAHATI, Nov 2: UNICEF is going to hold a tiol-level conference on child’s rights at Guwahati on November 4 and 5. UNICEF feels that the wards of tea estate workers in the State are deprived of education. At the conference children of tea estates’ workers will take part and express the problems they are facing.
