Minority Morcha felicitates Lakshadweep Lt Governor-desigte

GUWAHATI, August 20: The Minority Morcha of the Assam BJP today felicitated Lakshadweep Lt Governor-desigte Farukh Khan at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Bhavan at Hengrabari in the city today.

When Khan’s me was announced by the Centre, he was in the Northeast. Khan was one of the tiol secretaries of the BJP. He was the observer of the party for galand, besides being a top leader of the party’s tiol Minority Morcha.

BJP’s Assam Minority Morcha president Mominul Aowal felicitated Khan with a gamosa and a xorai amidst the presence leaders of various minority organizations like Goriya Yuva-Chatra Parishad, Asomiya Sikh Santha, ONGC’s Minority Employees’ Welfare Committee, Sadou Asom Desi Jatiya Parishad, Ujani Asom Sadou Asom Desi Jatiya Parishad, Ujani Asom Muslim Kalyan Parishad, Kishan Morcha, Sadou Asom Khilanjia Musalman Suraksha Mancha and others. BJP’s state spokesperson Pabitra Margherita, Kisan Morcha president Pankaj Kumar Pathak, Minority Morcha general secretaries Matiur Rahman and Mahiruddin Ahmed were present at the function.
