GUWAHATI, Aug 17: The Great Northeastern MOMO fest 2017 will be held from August 25 to 27 at AEI ground in Chandmari here.
"The Northeastern MOMO fest is the humble approach to pay the love – due to these cute dumplings that have been there for us when we needed to fight our hunger," said an organiser.
The organizers said that the revenue generated from this festival will go for the aid of the flood-hit people of Northeast.
During the three day festival panel discussions on child rights, rising trends of suicide among youths will be held.
Culture programmes will also be organized as a part of the event. Other programmes include doodle art, painting workshops, magic show etc.
