Munin Barkataky award to Bhaskar

GUWAHATI, Oct 30: The Munin Barkataky Literary Award, 2016 goes to Bhaskar Thakuria for his novel ‘Singhadwar’. The Munin Barkataky Memorial Trust announced this today. The award is given to young writers every year. The award will be given away at a function in March 2017. The award carries Rs 50,000, a citation and a plaque. The award for 2015 will also be given away at the same function.
