‘Nepathyat Gungunoni’ by Punya Saikia released

GUWAHATI, Dec 21: The second edition of ‘Nepathyat Gungunoni’, a satire written by Punya Saikia, was released at Shahid Nyas in the presence of Kak Sen Deka, who iugurated the book along with nigopal Mahanta, Nitumoni Saikia and Debokanta Handique. “Satirical literature is a tough work to do. Lakhmith Bezbaruah, through satirical literature, brought to light different issues of society. Many writers tried to write using the genre after that. Punya Saikia’s writings are famous in society,” Kak Sen Deka said.
