New cooperative policy soon: Sarma

GUWAHATI, March 8: State Cooperation Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today informed the State Assembly that the government would come with a new policy to revive the ailing cooperative societies in the State in the next session of the House. He said that all efforts would be made to revive the ailing cooperative societies. He, however, said that the government would have to liquidate the societies that are beyond revival.
