New Saraighat opening

GUWAHATI, Jan 20: On Wednesday last the State Cabinet took a decision to open the New Saraighat Bridge parallel to the existing one in the city on January 28 only to defer it today to January 29. Giving this information today, State Industry Minister Chandra Mohan Pawary said that Union Minister Nitin Gadkari would iugurate the bridge on January 29. This is the fifth such deferment of the opening of the bridge.
