No end to seizure by GRP

GUWAHATI, April 24: GRP personnel seized gold, ganja and marijuawa from trains and passengers at Guwahati Railway Station since yesterday. Gold biscuits weighing 3.50 kg was recovered from a bag of Sajid Kamal Mandal (19), hailing from West Bengal this noon. He was bound for West Bengal in Saraighat Express. He stays at a rented house in Rangiya. Fourteen kg ganja was seized this morning from Lalmoni Dewa (41), also hailing from West Bengal. She was also bound for West Bengal from Dimapur by Rajdhani Express. Five kg marijuawa was recovered from two women from hailing Imphal - Thangiam Bishakhi Leima (48) and Thangiam Uma Devi (42) - yesterday.
