GUWAHATI, April 30: The Satgaon police have arrested one Akbar Ali (48) under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) allegedly for molesting a 14-year-old girl from the Nowapara area on Monday. The case was reported on Sunday.
However, the accused was absconding after committing the crime and was arrested yesterday. He was sent to judicial custody.
