Patowary to open fince facility centre in city today

GUWAHATI, August 26: Assam Industries and Commerce Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary is going to iugurate a fince facility centre at Hotel Brahmaputra Ashok at 6 pm on August 27. The centre has been set up by the tiol Small Scale Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC).

According to the NSIC, the iugural programme will be attended by officials from various bankers, including the Reserve Bank of India and different associations, other stakeholders and government officials.

According to the NSIC, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) face tremendous difficulties to get timely and adequate fince from banks and other fincial institutions as they are not fully aware about how to obtain private equity/venture capital/government grants and incentives as well as FDI or investment. In order to look into such problems, the Ministry of MSME has launched an online fince facilitation web portal recently. The fince facility centre to be launched in Guwahati tomorrow is in sync with the online fince facilitation web launched by the Ministry of MSME.
