GUWAHATI, Jan 16: The Popular Front of India (PFI) has formed its new Assam State Committee recently. Addressing the press in the city today, PFI’s new State president Aminul Haque said that the committee pledged to fight out the problems afflicting the State. He said that the new committee would lay stress on issues like ‘D’ voters, inhumane eviction drives, deforestation, etc., in the State.
