Plan to preserve Batadrava Than afoot: Sonowal

GUWAHATI, Dec 16: State Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal said that his government would make a vision plan for the preservation of the Batadrava Than in gaon district. Speaking at a book-release function in the city today, sonowal said: “A vision document committee, to be headed by former director of tiol Museum at New Delhi Dr. Rabin Dev Choudhury, will be constituted for the drafting of the document.” The book – A Journey through Museum, Cultural Studies and Art History – written by Dr. Choudhury was today released by Sonowal in the presence of veteran jourlist DN Bezboruah, Chief Minister’s media adviser Hrishikesh Goswami and others.
