GUWAHATI, Dec 11: The Assamese movie ‘Pratyahban’ and Dishan Dholua won the best film of North East India award and best child artiste of Indian cinema award respectively in Delhi Intertiol Film Festival. Pratyahban is directed by Nipon Dholua.
