Protest against oilfield auction

MIRZA, July 8: The Sadou Asom Nibinuwa Parishad (SANP), South Kamrup district committee, today registered their protest against the move to auction 12 oilfields of Assam by staging dhar here today. They said that the government should rollback its move to hand over the resources of the State to private companies.  SANP adviser Babul Baruah, president Surya Das, district committee advisers Kushal Sarma and Prab Kalita and others were present at the protest.
