PWD office suffers administrative apathy

Dimoria, Aug 1: As a result of sheer apathy by the State government and its Public Works Department, the JCBs and road rollers that have been kept stationed at department’s Inspection Bungalow for the past three years, lay non-operatiol. 

The PWD on the other hand, has been repairing and constructing roads and drains of the area by renting JCBs and from contractors on rent, which indicates misuse of government’s fund. Besides, the local residents have alleged that due to the absence of any proper guard walls, the IB has turned into a hub of unsocial activities.  “We want that the high officials to take stock of the situation and to make this vehicles operatiol,” said a local resident.
