Raha incident worries BJP

GUWAHATI, July 16: The BJP Assam Pradesh is worried over the agitation against the site selection of AIIMS near Guwahati going violent at Raha in gaon district. In a statement, State BJP in-charge president Santanu Bharali condoled the death of Mantu Deori in the clash between the police and the agitators. He expressed his sympathy towards the bereaved family members, besides praying for eterl peace of Deori. He appealed to the people to shun violence and get their issues solved through talks.
