Rakibul in Bihar as AICC observer

GUWAHATI, October 19: When the campaign for the third phase of polls in Bihar is at its peak, some Congress ministers and Parliamentary secretaries of Assam are in Bihar for poll campaign. As an All India Congress Committee (AICC) observer, State Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Rakibul Hussain and Parliamentary Secretary Rekibuddin Ahmed campaigned in as many as six Legislative Assembly Constituencies (LACs) in Bihar today. They appealed to the voters there to support the grand alliance against the NDA that is set to ensure development in the State.
