Rare honour for Assam youth

GUWAHATI, July 1: A youth from Assam staying in the USA, Ankur Jyoti Dipanka Sahikeea, had the rare opportunity to have dinner with Indian Prime Minister rendra Modi and US President Dold Trump on June 25 at Washington DC. The dinner was hosted by White House to greet Indian talents rendering services to the global community from the USA. Ankur had his schooling in Guwahati and had his higher education in the USA where he had been awarded ‘Cambridge India Ramanujan Scholarship’, 2017. Son of Dr. Dipanka Saikia and Prof. Ajanta Saikia, Ankur is currently working in the Google headquarters.
