Republic Day celebrated with fervor

GUWAHATI, Jan 27: The 67th Republic Day was celebrated with great zeal and fervor at Hajongbari Sankardev Sishu Vidya Niketan in the city on Tuesday. On the occasion village head of Hajongbari village unfurled the tiol flag and addressed the students who gathered to celebrate the Republic Day. The celebration also witnessed breath-taking performance by students singing patriotic songs. Students also participated in speech competition, drilling and dance. A great zeal was visible among the teachers and students during the celebration. Headmaster of the school, Sushanta Das delivered speech on the occasion.
