SA tour short-termited to ISRO

GUWAHATI, August 11: Can the cash crunch in Assam be measured? If not, one can measure the distance between SA and ISRO. Cash crunch has compelled Dispur to reduce the SA tour for three HSLC toppers to a tour to ISRO. Under the scheme med in memory of Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi’s former press adviser Debo Kumar Bora, three HSLC toppers are offered free tour to SA every year. Talking to newsmen today, State Education Minister Sarat Barkataky said that this year the three HSLC toppers would be offered ISRO tour, instead of SA.
