Sabbir Hussain no more

GUWAHATI, March 24: Retired commissioner of Lower Assam Sabbir Hussain breathed his last today at his residence in the city following a cardiac arrest. He was 62. He is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter. Born in 1954 in Dibrugarh, Hussain completed his education from Delhi University with M. Phil degree and retired in December in 2015 as the commissioner of Lower Assam. Of the late, Hussain was into jourlism and was the editor of a monthly magazine med ‘Gnyandeep’.
