Sadhu Thakur recalled

GUWAHATI, Nov 13: The birth anniversary of Sri Sri Bhubaneswar Sadhu Thakur was observed at different mandirs like Govinda Mandir at Borbari, Manipuri Kristi Kendra at Christianbasti and Radha-Madhab Sebashram at Maligaon since last night.  

Govinda Mandir at Barbari observed the day with Bhagwat Path and a discussion on the philosophy of Sadhu Thakur by pundit Nilmani Sinha, followed by a cultural programme in the evening. Besides mandir committee president Jyoti Prakash Sinha, general secretary Anil Sinha and adviser and former Deputy Secretary, Government of Assam, Birendra Sinha, the programme was also attended by a number of other devotees.  The Manipuri Kristi Kendra at Christianbasti started the Adivas last night and concluded the function today with Geeta Path, discussion on the philosophy of Sadhu Thakur and a cultural programme.

The programme at Maligaon began  last night with the Adivas and concluded with a Rasakirtan today.
