Self-respect, sufficiency a must for earning skill, says State DGP

GUWAHATI, May 22: State Director General of Police (DGP) Mukesh Sahay today iugurated a Skill Development Programme (SDP) of Assam Police Radio Organization (APRO) accredited by the Department of Electronics and Communication Technology, Guwahati University at APRO Training School, Jalukbari.

“APRO is the technical face of Assam Police and it has been trying to extend its capability of skill to the people of Assam,” the DGP said. He advised the participants to struggle towards acquiring skill and stated that it gives self-respect and self-sufficiency. “Without self-respect and self-sufficiency nobody can earn skill,” Sahay said.
