Semir on pharmaceutical education

GUWAHATI, May 7: A tiol semir on ‘Emerging Trend in Pharmaceutical Education and Research’ was held at Girijanda Choudhury Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, in collaboration with Assam Science and Technical University (ASTU), in the city today. Iugurated by ASTU VC Pradyut Kumar Goswami, the semir was addressed by Dr. Laltand Panigrahi, the Director of Doctob Reddy Lab, Hyderabad. Earlier, Jadavpur University scientist Biswajit Mukherjee delivered a lecture on no-technology in no-medicine. IIT Guwahati Prof. Biplab Ghosh gave a presentation on targeted drug-delivery in cancer. There was an interactive session between researchers and students.
