GUWAHATI, Jan 17: The Shilpagram Mohotsava organized by North East Zone Cultural Centre, Dimapur under the Ministry of Culture, began today. On the iugural day today people of every walk of life from the states of region thronged Shilpgram on the occasion. Music and dance programs, along with drama of different States of India, workshops, quiz competition, showcasing of creativity of children, food and handcraft exhibition will be held during the 5-day festival. Towards the evening, North East Zone Cultural Centre president and galand Governor PB Acharya was present as the chief guest on the occasion.
