Sign extradition treaty with Bangladesh: AGP to PM

GUWAHATI, June 5: AGP today sent a letter to Prime Minister rendra Modi to ensure the extradition treaty with Bangladesh so that foreigners detected in Assam can be deported to Bangladesh so as to put an end to the problem of aliens, once and for all. Talking to newsmen here today, AGP president Atul Bora said: “The BJP-led government at the Centre is out to give Indian citizenship to refugees staying in the country, showing disrespect to the Assam Accord. This is a conspiracy which we won’t allow to happen.”
