GUWAHATI, Nov 29: Paltan Bazar police arrested six persons for gambling – last digit lottery – last night. The six arrested under Section 4 of the Public Gambling Act, 1967 have been identified as Idris Ali (47), Mithilesh Ray (29), SAchin Das (28), Dipjyoti Barman (28), Deepak Saha (38), Manoj yak (40) and Bimal Saikia (57). Rs 81,450 cash and gambling documents were seized from them.
