Snehalaya inmates celebrate pre-Bihu

GUWAHATI, Jan 1: Inmates of Snehalaya, a home for orphans, took part in a pre-Bihu celebration organized by Ashadeep in collaboration with Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) agents on the premises of Geetamandir here today. As part of the celebration a dance programme was performed by the children of Snehalaya. Later, a mid-day meal was also organized where all the participants and the guests took part. Singer Santa Uzir, Bhupen Uzir, actress Cheta Das and LIC senior divisiol mager BK Panda also took part on the occasion.
