Sopur youth killed in blast

Dimoria, Dec 29: A 40-year-old mentally disturbed youth was killed in an explosive blast at Belguri-Kurkuria under Sopur police station on the city outskirts. The youth has been identified as Jayanta Boro. A four-year-old child identified as Biraj Praja was also injured in the blast. Police said that the blast took place when the youth places a pipe on fire last night at the house of one Hiranti praja. Police have seized the pipe and started investigation into the incident.
