Task force formed for land matters

GUWAHATI, June 17: The Kamrup (M) revenue district has set up a task force for prompt disposal of various land-related complaints in the district. The task force comprises ADC Bamali Sharma as convener and ADC Kshitish Chandra Pegu, ADC MN Ngatey, Dispur Circle Officer Chinmoy th, Guwahati Circle Officer Lakhindan Saharia, Azara Circle Officer Pulak Patgiri, City Police (Crime) ADCP Mril Deka, ADCP West, ADCP East and ADCP central as members.  The circle officers have been asked to display their mobile numbers in their respective offices with a request to public to contact them for any complaints regarding service delivery, try their best to remain accessible to the public, spend at least an hour a day in the rooms of their LR staff, etc. The convenor of the task force should take adequate steps for publicity of their toll free numbers and email IDs before the public.
