Tickets, passes sold in black market

GUWAHATI, Feb 5: There has been black marketing of entry passes for the South Asian Games. The city dwellers were running from pillar to post for entry passes that were seen sold in black market by a section of people at Rs 200/300 each at Fancy Bazar,  Ulubari, Hatigaon, etc. At Hatigaon there was a clash on entry  passes. However, the police brought the situation under control. According to sources, top civil and police officials and a few local leaders of a particular political party had entry passes in excess with them. What is shocking is that black marketers were seen selling tickets and passes under the very nose of the police at Sarusajai.
