Training on tural dye

GUWAHATI, June 17: A ten-day training programme on tural dye got underway from today at Bhalla Village, South Kamrup. The ten-day basic training of dye application on yarn and fabric is the beginning activity of one-year-long programme on tural dye value chain initiative.
