GUWAHATI, August 19: Dispur police caught two persons – Abdul Sattar and waj Sarif – during checking of an auto ricksaw at Kapara and seized 12 packets of Shakti Bhog Atta containing 5,000 SPM PRXT capsules in each today. They were carrying the packets from Siliguri to Imphal and on way to Paltan Bazar Railway Station after getting down from a bus at Khapara.
