Under rendra Modi India will lead the world: Sonowal

GUWAHATI, March 11: Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal said that the election results in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa have yet again proved that the people of the country are happy and feeling secured in Prime Minister rendra Modi’s leadership.

In a statement made here today, Sonowal said, “Under Modi’s leadership people of our country could see a bright future and they felt a new dimension of democracy where good governce and rule of law will rule the roost. Modi instills a sense of security among all sections of the people of our country and he ushers in a new mantra of equal development which becomes evident from the acceptability of Modi and his policies by all cutting across all caste, creed, community and religion. Election results in the State bear testimony to this”.  

Sonowal also said that under the charismatic leadership of rendra Modi India will become the global player and the country will lead the world.

Sonowal conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to Prime Minister rendra Modi, BJP tiol president Amit Shah and workers of the party right from grassroots level to the upper strata for ensuring an overwhelming victory of the party in the States.

Sonowal also expressed his gratitude to the people of Manipur for posing faith in the BJP as he attributed the party’s good show in Manipur to Prime Minister rendra Modi’s special emphasis to the region. He said that under Modi’s charismatic leadership, the Northeast will script a new level of development as the Prime Minister included the region in his agenda of priorities through his pet programme ‘Act East Policy’.
