Ustad Bismillah Khan award presentation today

GUWAHATI, August 7: Sangeet tak Akademi, New Delhi is going to present Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar, 2015 at a function at Pragjyoti ITA Centre for Performing Arts, Machkhowa, Guwahati on August 8. Assam Governor Padmabha Balakrish Acharya will present the award at a function to be presided over by Sangeet tak Akademi chairman Shekhar Sen. A festival of dance, music and drama featuring the recipients of Ustad Bismillah Khanb Yuva Puraskar for 2015 will be held from August 8 to 12. It will be iugurated by Assam Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal.
