Van Mahotsav Day observed

GUWAHATI, July 3: Marking the celebration of students’ month the North Eastern Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India observed Van Mahotsav Day on its premises on Monday.

“Various activities like Commencement of Oral Tuition Classes; Faculty Induction Programme, Student-Parent Meet, Career Awareness Programmes, various orientation programmes and CS Olympiad along CS related activities  would be organised during the month,” chairman of North Eastern Chapter of EIRC of ICSI  CS Ameet Pareek said.

“Development of the student community through various non-academic activities is essential. The students of the institute are being groomed for their social responsibilities to the society at large.  The ethos which is being seeded in this young generation shall lead to a phenomel change in society at large.  These citizens of tomorrow shall realize the importance of forestation, blood dotion, physical fitness etc., for all-round development to become a matured and competent professiol,” president, ICSI CS (Dr.) Shyam Agrawal said.
